CRADLE 100 MTB RACE

Fedgroup hosted the very first Cradle 100 MTB Stage Race!️ This wasn’t just any mountain biking event, it was a full-blown celebration to mark the launch of the Fedgroup Trails network, right in the heart of the Cradle of Humankind (yep, the UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Riders joined fellow MTB enthusiasts for a one-of-a-kind challenge across some of South Africa’s most scenic and rugged terrain.

Venue
Fedgroup Trails, Avianto Estate Clubhouse, Muldersdrift, Gauteng.
Route
Wind through the Cradle of Humankind, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its unique landscapes and ancient heritage. This race takes you through iconic spots like Avianto, Cradle Moon, and Nirox, offering a one-of-a-kind adventure.
Dates
12 and 13 April 2025.
Times
Registration starts from 06:00.
Saturday 12 April start times:
45km from 07:30, 25km from 08:00, 10km from 08:30.
Sunday 13 April start times:
55km from 07:30.
Participants will receive an email with official start times and all other relevant information once the seeding has been completed.

Race collection details
Make sure to collect your race pack at one of the following locations:
Thursday 10th April:
9am-4pm at Trek store, Design Quarter, JHB.
Friday 11th April:
9am-4pm at Lynwood Cyclery, PTA.
Saturday 12th April:
From 6am at Avianto Estate Clubhouse.
Your entry includes:
- Entry into either the one-day or two-day MTB experience.
